Diputación mantiene en 2012 su aportación a los convenios con las ADRS para la programación cultural y deportiva

La Diputación de Jaén destina en 2012 más de 320.000 euros a colaborar con las asociaciones para el desarrollo rural (ADRS) de las comarcas de la provincia en la puesta en marcha de actividades a través de los planes de comarcalización de la acción cultural y deportiva. “Es uno de los programas de los que nos sentimos más orgullosos, ya

que nos permite estar presente en todo el territorio y dar cobertura a un porcentaje muy importante de la ciudadanía, especialmente a quienes están en los municipios más pequeños”, explica la diputada de Cultura y Deportes, Antonia Olivares, que destaca además el “esfuerzo” de la Administración provincial por mantener la misma aportación anual que se realizó en el año 2011.

De esta forma, la cantidad aportada por la Diputación –320.000 euros–, se suma a la de la inversión de las ADRS, que asciende a más de 210.000 euros. En total, más de 530.000 euros con los que poner marcha propuestas encaminadas al desarrollo deportivo y cultural de la comarca, con celebración de actividades dirigidas a todos los tramos de edad de la población. “Se pone mucha imaginación en esta programación con la que se quiere facilitar la participación de los distintos colectivos y comarcas”, añade Olivares.

Las actividades impulsadas a través de estos convenios tienen interés en el ámbito supramunicipal y fomentan la participación vecinal, así como la cooperación entre instituciones y entidades tanto públicas como privadas. Además de la financiación, la Diputación colabora con la asistencia técnica en la organización de las mismas, así como en su promoción y difusión. A través de esta fórmula, se refuerzan los recursos de los ayuntamientos y se potencian sus políticas culturales y deportivas.

Entre las actividades deportivas que se han organizado a lo largo de los últimos años a través de estos planes de comarcalización figuran los circuitos provinciales de “Campo a Través”, “Natación” o “Petanca”, los “Juegos Deportivos en la provincia de Jaén” o las “Jornadas de Recreo y Ocio”. En el ámbito cultural destacan algunas propuestas como el “Cineverano” o los planes de animación y fomento de la lectura, así como diversos certámenes y premios.
